Add different or more contact information on a blue stakes service request.
On confirmation of service request, the only contact is the main Saratoga number. After listening to all the options not hearing anything to do with “public works” or blue stakes request I had to ask the receptionist who then had to forward me. This can all be easier/streamlined if on the blue stakes service request that is emailed to the homeowners from the city simply listed, “...call (801)766-9793 and press (???) to leave a message for Public Works. Thank you.” Or list the direct number to the public works. Either way, it would be an improvement For homeowners who make the request and it would only take a minute to add Lu for homeowners who make the request and it would only take a minute to add/change the service request that is sent out.
Bottom line, nobody wants to have to listen to a really long recording and still not get the information. Really good idea, right?
