2. Event Cancellation

   With our transition to new registration software, you will need to cancel program registration in one of the following ways:

   1. Leave a voicemail for Taffi Pugh by calling 801-766-6513 Ext 2. 

   2. Email Taffi Pugh at tpugh@saratogasprings-ut.gov 

   3. Filling out this cancellation form. 

   Staff will process your cancellation as soon as they are able to.
