Process
In an effort to provide the best service and most efficient review of your development application, no application will be accepted for review until it is determined to be complete, containing all items on the application checklist(s).
To request a pre-application meeting, please call 801-766-9793 x 155 or email the Planning department to make an appointment.
Applications and required items are accepted via the Cityworks Public Portal. Please select the instructions on the Forms & Applications list below.

The Application Review Checklist linked below is used to review every land use application for compliance with City Code Title 19: Land Development Code. Each item correlates directly to City Code, but City Code will override the checklist in case of any conflict. Reviewing relevant sections of this checklist as you prepare your application may help streamline the review process.
