My Water Use Customer Portal

With the My Water Use Customer Portal residents are able to see their hourly water usage and make monthly and yearly comparisons for both their secondary and culinary systems.  Residents can also set up alerts in both the culinary and irrigations systems for a sudden increase in water usage. This will help residents know their monthly usage and identify potential leaks in their culinary and irrigation systems.  Property Owners must receive a utility bill to access this system

How to Register

  • Click the link above to register or sign into your My Water Customer Portal
  • Click "Register". You will then be on the page titled "Create New Account
  • Fill in the following fields
    • User Name
    • Email Address
    • Password (at least 6 characters)
    • Confirm Password
    • Account Number (do not include decimals or spaces)
    • Authentication Code (find this 4 digit code on your statement or by calling Utility Billing)
  • Click "Create User". If all previous steps have been done correctly, the "Success" page will show a large green check mark and will direct you to check your email for the registration link.
    • If nothing happens after clicking "Create User", go back and:
      •  Make sure that the password fields match
      • The user name has been accepted
      • The email address is complete
      • No decimals have been included in the account number
  • Check your email for a message from The email will ask you to confirm your account.
    • Confirm the account by clicking the "Click Here" link.

Registration should now be complete and you may use your user name and password to log in to the customer portal to track your water consumption. 

Beginning August 15, 2022 Residents must have an active My Water Use Customer Portal Account to qualify for the Water Forgiveness Program. More information on this program can be found on the Water Forgiveness page.
