With the My Water Use Customer Portal residents are able to see their hourly water usage and make monthly and yearly comparisons for both their secondary and culinary systems. Residents can also set up alerts in both the culinary and irrigations systems for a sudden increase in water usage. This will help residents know their monthly usage and identify potential leaks in their culinary and irrigation systems. Property Owners must receive a utility bill to access this system
Registration should now be complete and you may use your user name and password to log in to the customer portal to track your water consumption.
Beginning August 15, 2022 Residents must have an active My Water Use Customer Portal Account to qualify for the Water Forgiveness Program. More information on this program can be found on the Water Forgiveness page.
