- June 26-July 14: Registration opens online June 26 and closes July 14 (or when full). 1 canvas for each registration. Age groups for 0-8, 9-15, 16+. Limited number of canvases. Participants will be given a magnetic 3”x3” canvas on which to create their art.
- July 3- July 15: Canvases can be picked up at the library between July 3 and July 15. Art cannot extend past the edges of the canvas due to the way they will be displayed (must fit closely together on the display board).
- July 17- July 22: Art pieces must be returned to the library between July 17-22.
- July 25-31: Art will be displayed and opened to public voting July 25-31.
- August 1: Winners announced after August 1.
- August 1-5: Artists pick up their canvases August 1-5.
