Customers with Waiting Holds on the OPAC
Cancel your arrived holds online from home. when a customer has a waiting hold, they will see an option to Cancel this 'Waiting Hold".
Customers with Pending Holds on the OPAC
In this same area you can also choose to suspend your hold, if you are unable to come pick them up you can input your anticipated vacation dates. Then the holds will automatically go to the next person until you return from your trip. After that date has arrived the next copy to arrive will be held for you.
