Camp Details 2025
The Westlake High Tennis camps will be a unique experience because of their themes and what they will cover in each week. Each week the focus will be very heavy on the theme of the week, and the coaches will have the drills and instruction needed to achieve the objective. Players will be able to put all into practice on the Friday of each camp, when we will do either a UTR or USTA tournament to showcase the new skills and get match practice. For players looking to be able to play in more competitive tennis, whether it's from the middle school team, high school team or tournaments, you'll find that any of the weeks will make you into a better tennis player.
The Camp will be directed by Joseph Venoza, (Westlake High Boys tennis head coach) who has 10 plus years of experience coaching state tennis champions(boys and girls) in both singles and doubles across Utah Valley and has been awarded the USTA Linda Vincent Community Service Award. Certified level 2 by RSPA(USPTA) for 6 plus years and by ICI and tennis registry in CCLevel 1 ProCC level 2 and DoublesCC.
All grades are determined by the 2025-2026 school year.
All camps will be held at the Westlake high school tennis courts.
Registration: Begins April 1 and ends Thursday before each camp.
Who: Coed ages 8-18 years
Cost: $100 for each camp
Location: Westlake High School Tennis Courts
Time: 8 am - 11 am
What to Bring: Tennis racquet, tennis shoes, athletic wear, water bottle, sunscreen.
