Coach Nate Carling would like to invite all boys grades 2-4 to our annual summer skill-development basketball camp. Each 4-day, grade-specific camp will emphasize proper shooting, ball-handling, passing and defensive technique in a fun, competitive, and team-oriented environment.
Camp instruction will be provided by Westlake High School Head basketball coach Nate Carling and his experienced staff along with Westlake High Varsity basketball players.
Coach Carling has guided the Westlake Thunder to a 122-77 record in his eight seasons as Head Coach of the program including three trips to the 6A Final Four and one appearance in the State Championship game. Coach Carling was recognized as the 2014 UHSAA 4A Coach of the Year, 2016 Daily Herald Coach of the Year and 2021 UHSAA 6A Coach of the Year.
All grades are determined by the 2024-2025 school year.
All campers receive a t-shirt.
$10 fee for day of camp registration.
The camp will be held in the main gym at Westlake HS.
