These park rules and regulations are to help residents have an enjoyable recreational experience in a safe environment at city parks.
- Minors should have appropriate adult supervision at all times.
- Park hours are 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM (All pavilion reservations end at 9:00 PM to allow you time to clean up before the park closes).
- No littering or vandalism. Help us keep our parks beautiful!
- No solicitation
- No vehicles on lawns, sidewalks, or landscaped areas.
- No motorized vehicles allowed.
- No Class 2-3 E-Bikes, E-Scooters, or electric motorcycles (e.g. Surrons) allowed.
- No smoking, vaping, alcohol, fireworks, golf, or archery.
- No overnight parking.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash, and waste must be cleaned up immediately.

- Parks available for pavilion rental: Harvest Park, Neptune Park, Inlet Park, Marina Park, Shay Park, and Sunrise Park
Please Note
- Water access is only permitted for water coolers, cooking, etc. Water access is not permitted for water activities such as water balloons, waterslides, slip-n-slides, pools, etc.
- Inflatables and water slides are only allowed at city parks as part of a city event.
- City code does not allow food trucks at city parks unless they are part of a city event.
