Youth Pickleball Clinics 2024:

Kids want to get in on the fun too! Youth Beginner clinics are offered for kids ages 12-15 each summer. 

The the clinics are three sessions, same day of the week and time for three consecutive weeks. 

All pickleball programs are held at the Pickleball courts at Patriot Park.

Beginner: Intro to Pickleball:

Do you want to learn how to play the fastest growing sport in Utah?! Register for our beginner Pickleball clinic to be taught the basics of Pickleball! Our clinic is taught by a professional Pickleball player who has been teaching clinics in Saratoga for more than four years. You will learn the basic rules and skills of playing Pickleball. Clinic sessions will be 90 minutes long once a week for a duration of three weeks. 

July Beginner Clinic times:

Youth Pickleball League 2024:

The Recreation department now offers a youth pickleball league! If you're familiar with the adult pickleball league, it's the same format. Players will be assigned a partner for each game and will rotate through partners and opponents. 

The league will play weekly and is meant for fun, to learn skills and how to play the game. 

The games will be mostly player run, a Recreation staff member will be on site to help with questions or to help settle a call, but will not be in a official capacity. If your child is not familiar with Pickleball, the Youth Beginner Pickleball clinic is a great place to start! 

June League: Wednesdays 8:30am-10:00am beginning June 5th and will run for 6 weeks until July 10th

July League: Tuesdays 8:30am-10:00am beginning July 2nd and will run for 6 weeks until August 6th 

Ages: 10-14

All games will be played at Patriot Park Pickleball courts

Cost: $40

Space is limited and will fill up! 

Splash Days Pickleball 2024:

Come and play in the Splash Days Pickleball Bash! The Bash will be a great way to end a fun-filled week of Splash activities, followed by food trucks and a fireworks show! Bring your camp chairs and coolers for a fun evening at Patriot Park! 

Resident registration: February 26,2023-May 30, 2023, Non-resident registration opens March 25th (Limited space! Program may fill before the deadline!)

Registration fees: $25 per team (only one person of team needs to register the duo)

Who: Adults and kids ages 8+

Date: Saturday, June 8th 

Format: Musical Round Robin

Divisions Offered:

Mom/Dad* and Me ages 8-12 (adult will register)

Mom/Dad* and Me ages 13-17 (adult will register)

Neighbors 18+ (only one person of duo needs to register)

Game Ball: Franklin X 4

Schedule: 

Mom/Dad* and Me ages 8-12 5:00-6:15

Mom/Dad* and Me ages 13-17 6:30-7:45

Neighbors 18+ 8:00-9:15

*Any adult family member

*Neighbor is any duo, 18+. It doesn't really have to be a neighbor, but wouldn't it be fun to find a neighbor to play with? Change things up a bit?!

Only one adult of a duo needs to register the duo, you will name your partner at the event. 

Duos do not need to me M/F for this event and divisions will not be broken out in skill level, this is for pure play and fun!
